'Tis an age old question in which you had to duly fill out cliched answers for school essays, but still an interesting one to ask:

To all who celebrate Chinese/Lunar New Year, WHAT is/are the most important or favourite aspect(s) about it for you? It could be from the food, the get-togethers, the fact that it's just another excuse for a holiday... whatever. I just want to know what it means to you, to fill my curiosity.

Personally for me, I love the fact that each year you see different themes for art/design/shopping mall themes because of the zodiac animals (which I love a lot) and that I get to eat awesome awesome food and grow fat. And just laze around. My family isn't exactly the most Chinese one you'll ever come across so usually only the Eve and the First Day are important visit dates; else it's just lazing and lounging around at home.

Since 5cmprince recently put up what her pencil case looks like on her art comm and asked to see what's the insides of everyone's pencil cases... here's mine. I keep waaaay too much crap in it.

1st row: My red pencil case which has turtle patterns on it; then a couple of ballpoint pens, Berol pens and a green colored pen.
2nd row: Mouldy putty eraser kept in a gashapon case, a few more erasers, my 2B pencil leads and color leads, scissors, blade.
3rd row: 4 plastic rulers, buncha 2B/3B/5B pencils, my mechanical pencils (2 for color leads, 2 for regular 2B pencil leads)

D: This is probably one of the reasons why my bag constantly feels as if I put a brick inside lol.

And waughhhh I need to game more often! Or at least get on with my Starry Sky ~in Winter~ game! ;A; Work has been so hardcore these few days, I seriously feel like dropping dead soon. D; D; D;
