Decided that my creative juices have died for the night and so I settled down to play DSKR again. Ahh, Raidou, how much I've missed you! T^T ♥

I left off in the middle of Chapter 5, until the part where you're supposed to go rescue Tae and Sadakachi in Dark Kasumidai. I have to agree with Gotou, they make a huge ordeal out of every single menial task that they have to do (collecting the lost reports in this case). Poor Raidou OTL||| Anyway! The zombie officers at that part were kind of funny though... they talk all sorts of crap, like protecting the Capital with their zombie law WTFFFFF

I'm supposed to head off to the Cannon Battery #4 now, but I'll leave that for tomorrow because I was quite tired out by fighting and levelling my demons up. I went into the Kuzunoha training hall for the second time ever and picked a random floor to fight, without knowing the difficulty of each floor. I went to Floor 4, saw a pretty demon (Yoshitsune) and talked to him! AND LANDED MYSELF IN A FIGHT THAT WAS KINDA DIFFICULT, ORZZZZ. I'm only level 41 at the moment and my strongest demon is Okuninushi. I really need to fuse better and more powerful demons but I have no idea how. *sobs*

Playing any Megaten game gets me all hyped up, so here's a doodle before I sleep.

iyori, for some strange reason I can't seem to make a duplicate of my PS1 Harutoki1 game. Trying to copy the disc's image always seem to freeze at 16%, so I gave up for now. I'll try again later though! >< I've already burnt all of the games for Harutoki3 for you though... so in the case that I really can't burn it out for you, I've uploaded the GBA version of the game (which is the one I played btw-- I never even touched my PS1 disc lol!) for you. 8D

Peche - For all your renai guide needs. I'm serious, this site has VERY detailed FAQs for numerous otome/renai games and this site has saved my life with Harutoki3 many times. T^T You need not worry that much with Harutoki1 though as the gameplay is really linear.

Kagenka - The first site I found that has guides, but I still cross-refer this site and Peche so I know which path I'm going on, especially for Harutoki3 because it's full of choices, involves travelling back and forth through time and brainbreak especially if one's Japanese isn't so good or completely nonexistant.

Thank you everyone for all the sms-es, well wishes and Christmas greetings! I don't celebrate it at all, but thank you anyway. Also, thank you for the presents (you know who you two are! ♥)... it was certainly very unexpected. *grins* And receiving greeting cards in the mail is one of the best things ever- thank you nemissa and fallofdark!

Eventhough I had a splitting headache throughout the afternoon, it was fun having lunch with my parents at Paddington's Pancakes and then dinner at night with axtar and carneaglariel. 8D We watched Gwendolyn and Oswald's story in Odin Sphere back at Jackee's house, and omfgosh they are my OTP of OS now! ;_; Along with Ingway/Mercedes. I really like Onyx too, because he sprouts the CHEESIEST AND STUPIDEST LINES EVER. I need to get my own copy of the game now, so I can just abuse Jackee's save file and watch every single ending and story... yes I'm horribly lazy to play it because I've already got P3 to finish. And I want to understand all the characters' backstories ASAP so we all can go ahead with Odin Sphere cosplay. ♥

Other points of note:
- I LOVE OSWALD'S VOICE IN JAPANESE. Bliss to the ears, really.
- And as for Ingway, I really love his English voice as well. SO DEEP. *_* I've never heard it in Japanese though...
- Gwendolyn and Oswald have serious father issues. =A=

As of late I've been listening to the Yoshida Kyoudai and really loving them (as you all know, I am a true sucker for traditional music; especially traditional Asian music), so here's my present to all of you!

I FINALLY GOT TO PLAY Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner Kuzunoha Raidou (DSKR for short) AFTER TELLING MYSELF TO PLAY IT SINCE MONDAY. So far, what this is what I can summarise from the game:

I've played Sengoku Basara before and I KNOW that there are completely stupid elements in it, but I haven't actually bothered to watch all the opening videos for the characters until today when I was at carneaglariel's house.

My brain really died upon watching Uesugi's opening... His roses beat PoT DokiSaba's retina-blinding roses ANY DAY.

SEE WHAT I MEAN? IT'S SO BLOODY GROSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. BUT LOOK AT ALL THE PRETTIES.

His Sengoku Basara 2 OP isn't so gross, but his ENDING (or more like Kasuga's ED) is. SERIOUSLY!!! I guarantee you, you will DIE laughing at all the shoujo pika and the sheer absurdity of it all. 8DDD Okay, THIS is his real ending but it's not as gross as Kasuga's one.

Next up, the resident dork: Sanada Yukimura. Who has an unhealthy obsession with his oyakata-sama. As seen in his Basara2 OP, which is WAY stupider than the first game's opening.

{EDIT} Flight 300 - Tonight, we dine in Cleveland!

Certain tracks (namely Kaguya's theme and the Cursed Shinsuu Field BGM) in the Okami OST is currently giving me this feeling of a strange nostalgia and deja vu that just feels so different this time. It's a very, very strange and indescribable feeling. Anyway, I left off at the Sunken Ship, and played until the beginning of the Northern Ryoshima Plains.

The legend of Benkei was that he defeated every swordsman that crossed his path on that bridge connecting a big city (forgot its name), but the one man that he could not defeat was Yoshitune. Well now, in OKAMI, this Benkei took 999 swords but the last one is... a cutlass fish. Cutlass = type of sword. ORZZZZZZ

Now, I'm getting all sorts of weird parodies with the Haruka3 Benkei and the Okami Benkei. OTL I can't imagine Haruka3's Benkei fishing like the Okami Benkei and going, "Yosha~!" when he catches a fish.

Perhaps I shouldn't have played Okami after spending almost close to an entire day drawing without rest, as now I can't feel my entire right hand anymore as it's really painful ahahaha...

I *finally* completed the Moon Cave, and set out to beat Orochi. Honestly, my intelligence with action games has never improved. I'm still so stupid not to notice all the subtle hints in the map and figure out certain puzzles, and probably my observational skills aren't that good yet. OTL Anyway, Orochi was... quite a pain in the ass to beat until I had to refer to a walkthrough and figure out his roaring pattern, and then it was a breeze from there. I had a bit of trouble with Susano's Seventh Seal at the end because by then my hand was really tired and practically screaming for me to stop lulz. I'm glad that Susano cleaved Orochi in half at the very end with his own strength though!

However, this isn't the end of Orochi yet (and if it WAS, I will raise one eyebrow because it's impossible for the game to finish THIS early) but everyone still celebrates at Kamiki anyway (along with the NEW FORCE that drives Susano, which is LOVE! As Komusubi puts it). Gotta love the festival music. <3 Sakuya warns Ammy and Issun of the impending danger ahead, and now we're off to the capital city! Woooooooo!

I kind of regret for not ordering the Okami artbook along with Kuzu, Saph and FI, but even if I did I wouldn't have the cash to pay for it. ;A; *hopes that she can find it in SG*

P/s. raincloud_sama, I don't know if I can follow you and Elf to play volleyball tomorrow because even if I finish my composition, I'd probably murder my hands for good if I went to play. D8

I stayed up until 3am playing Okami last night, which resulted in a very weird dream involving Tales of the Abyss and Okami which I'll rant about first because I can STILL remember it. D: Y'see, for goodness knows what reason, some factory area was flooded beyond help and the whole Luke-tachi *and* Asch were supposed to um, purify the place (Okami-style). Unfortunately, to make everything all fine and dandy again requires the Sword of Lorelei and hyperressonance, thus making Luke think twice about what he wants to do but at the same time bitch as Asch for being an idiot (O_o...). Asch obviously wasn't happy about it, so he set off to do it on his own at night. Tear, Anise and Natalia tried to stop it but he went on with it and... died by drowning in a large water container. 8D;; Natalia grieved like crazy the next morning and Luke felt all guilty but as they looked into the horizon, a shadowy figure approached them and it is no other than Asch himself!! Stuff happens again and the both of them decide to cooperate this time, but once again, Asch fell into the same water container and died for real.... OTL

*coughs* IN Okami, I managed to kill the Spider Queen after so long (I suck!) and now I'm doing the whole Kusa village arc. You know, where Princess Fuse asks Ammy and Issun to find the Canine Warriors (WHICH ARE SO CUTE, HOMG I WANNA SQUEEZE THEM. GI FOR ONE <33) and I now know WHY sapphire_1010 wants to squeeze the life out of the sparrows in Sasa Sanctuary. :O THEY'RE SO FAT AND ROUND, PERFECT FOR MAKING KFC. 8DDDD Also, the Cutter couple really scare the shit out of me. =_=; Gonna go back to Kusa Village because I found all the Canine Warriors already.

You know, during the prologue, I couldn't help but think of Orochi as the Orochi from Naruto. His fugleh image has been burned into my mind, it's hard to change it. So far, I'm enjoying the game thoroughly eventhough my skills with the Celestial Brush leave much room for improvement. Also, is there any way to quicken the message speed? It's unbelievably slow, but at least it makes you read all of the dialogue and bear with the funny noises that the characters make (which is cute, but after playing for so long you kind of get irritated... maybe it's just me).

Susano is one lazy and cowardly chap I feel like headdesking when I see him (but he provides Ammy and Issun some humor!) and I love Kushi. She gave me praise for helping her, awww. Same goes with that Grandma Orange. :D I am now in Kamiki Village, and going to head out of it to help and rejuvenate the Guardian Saplings that Sakuya asked me to do. But before I leave... WHAT am I supposed to do to get praise from Camellia and Camille who are near that shrine on the hill? You know, they were quarreling about there being a door to light but no matter HOW many times I draw, nothing happens. :( I am a lousy goddess.

Now for the million dollar question: HOW LONG MORE DO I HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE I SEE THE MAGNIFICENT MIDGET WAKA? D8

BLOODY HELL I WENT UPSIDE DOWN FOR THE FIRST TIME AND IT WAS SO FAST AND IT HAPPENED THRICE AND I AM JUST A BIG CHICKEN WHEN IT COMES TO ROLLERCOASTERS MY BRAIN FELT LIKE EXPLODING GAAAHHHHHHHHHH DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDX sapphire_1010 summed up our day *really* well here. Really. @_@

Spent the afternoon working on my ultimate bullshit self portrait based on the Fauvism art movement as well. Listening to Gackt while working is really awesome... I kept looping his MARS album over and over (well, it's the only one I have on CD anyway). xD
